If you want to upgrade your TurboTax Online return, click on “Upgrade” at the bottom of the left side menu. You can then choose which version of TurboTax Online you want to upgrade to.
You would need to create a new return if you want to downgrade the version of TurboTax Online you are using. To start a new return, select “Start a New Return” from under “My Returns”. Once you have started your new return, you can select “View All Returns” from under “My Accounts & Returns”, and delete the unwanted return by clicking the small Trash Can next to it.
