How do i enter my name on form T2222 step 3 chart a section a?

the software does not allow me to enter a name but in the examples a name is entered.

i am using cd/download of turbotax 2023.  i had the same problem last year with turbotax 2022download.  is there a trick to this?  how can i do it?
