I am trying to claim the maximim work from home benefit, but the total is only going up around $100 and not $500

CRA allows all employees who worked from home during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021 to claim up to $500 in employment expenses at a flat rate. You can claim $2 for each day that you worked at home, up to a maximum of $500.00. There's no requirement to provide supporting documents

In the box for the Total number of days, you worked from home in 2021 due to COVID-19 closures if you type 50 in your Deduction Summary for Employment Expenses you will have $100 as a result (50 days x $2 = $100).

However, if in the box you type  250 (days) in your Deduction Summary for Employment Expenses you will have $500 as a result.
