I have 3 "errors". Invalid industry code, business addresses missing info and province of self employment different then province of residence. I don't understand.

Thanks for your question. For industry code, you will need to choose a code that corresponds to your business. You can search and find the code using this link. As for the business address, this refers to the street number, the address of your business.  In most cases, for a self-employed person, it is their own address. The province of residence must be the same as the province where you are self-employed. I hope that helps.
