I have a registered business with CRA. But it has 2 activities ie: I did online marketing & I did retail, they are different, do they get reported separately or same?

If they are two separate businesses, you should report them separately. If you are self-employed, the CRA will only let you have one business number, so it's common for the same number to be used for more than one small business.
