I live in Ontario and work for a company in Quebec, they are deducting QPIP and QPP from my pay. Will TurboTax's walk through method be able to assist in refund?

My company has told me that I will get this refunded when I do my tax return but I don't want to have to pay an accountant to do it! Hoping TurboTax's walk through workflow will allow for this situation.
