I only have gas receipts, no mileage log. Can I use just a % of my overall gas receipts?
Unfortunately, no you would need your Km's driven for work purpose and for self- so CRA when assessing your return will know by the amounts claimed if they are close- if not they will audit you. When you get audited you will need all receipts.
