If I change my residence from a Canadian province to another country, can I still continue to use TurboTax software to file my returns?

While using the software, can TurboTax still log me in to CRA to get my data?

If I change my residence from a Canadian province to another country, can I still continue to use TurboTax software to file my returns?

If you are registered with the CRA’s My Account service, then you can use the “Auto-fill My Return” service from outside of Canada. However, if you are a non-resident, you won’t be able to use NETFILE. You will have to mail your tax return to the CRA.

 

Also, please be aware that a US or Canadian credit card is required to pay for the TurboTax service.
