Moving Expenses - Home based business?

Anyone know if we can claim moving expenses for our case? We moved so my wife could expand her home based part-time business to to full and start seeing clients in person. Our old house did not provide her office space and was not conducive to seeing clients in person. The move was about ~100KM.
