I received commission from Insurance company as well as income for administrative work for client. However I put the deductions under the Insurance company, which gave me a credit, why doesn't that credit move to the administrative income?
If you have more than one T2125 Statement of Business or Professional Activities profiles, what you enter on one doesn't get transferred to the other. If you want an expense to be attached to a specific business, you need to put to it on that specific profile.
However, on your T1 tax form, the results of all your self-employment forms are combined together (usually on lines 13499 & 131500).
