    My Spouse does not require a Premier version of TT, can I get the Premier for myself and a Basic return for her?

    My Spouse does not require a Premier version of TT, can I get the Premier for myself and a Basic return for her?

    No. If you are preparing your returns together, then you are both using the same version of TurboTax. You can only have different versions if you prepare your returns separately.
