My T5008 lists many transactions with many dates. Am I supposed to enter just totals? If so, what do I put for Box 14 "Date of dispositions"?

Yes, you can enter the totals and just one date. But make sure that you keep track of all the dates and individual amounts, just in case the CRA asks.
