Yup still having the same issues as you. I just downloaded today's update and still no changes. I see they have closed the Error 95365 board for replies. Do they think that it is resolved? This is how I found this board.
This is not good for Turbotax.
I believe the problem is with CRA not TurboTax since the same problem is being reported by other tax programs as well. The description for line 14 in Chart A on T936 says to enter zero for line 68140 if line 14 is zero (i.e., you have a net capital loss). You only complete line 68140 if line 14 is positive (i.e., you have a net capital gain).
TurboTax, and the other tax programs, are working correctly and NetFile is wrong.
This is not a TurboTax issue.
The CRA has confirmed that this issue is affecting all CRA certified tax software. TurboTax is in direct contact with senior Government of Canada officials at CRA, underscoring the urgent need for accountability and decisive action to resolve these issues for our customers and all Canadians. To support taxpayers in navigating these CRA errors, the TurboTax Canada blog is being regularly updated with the latest information on NETFILE error codes, CRA-approved workarounds, and expected resolution dates.

Veronique,
I have to differ. I spent the past 2 hours inputting all of this into StudioTax. No problems with Box 68140 on the T936 due to my capital loss. All was Netfiled without a problem.
You're sure this is not a Turbotax problem? If so why was I able to Netfile with StudioTax and not with TurboTax.
Cost me another $18 to do this but it's in on-time and my refund is on it's way. This is the worst year for TurboTax / Quicktax by far. I've been using this software for 15 years+. Probably my last year. Not so much of having the problem, I can understand that, but the delays, lack of communication and potential for false information that bothers me. One person being told April 7, the next April 14 and then no timeline. Wow!!
The latest email from Turbotax with a link to the cra announcement of relief for certain error codes doesn't list error code 95365. It seems to indicate that cra isn't even listing error code 95365 as an ongoing issue. Is cra really working on this error code with turbotax or do they consider it fixed and does not qualify for relief?
When can we expect the next update that will fix this?
