T4E: "Box 14" is warning that I must enter an amount before I can proceed, but I have already entered the correct information. What do I do?
If Box 14 of your T4E does not have an entry in it, you cannot proceed. If you have verified that this box is entered correctly and still cannot proceed, go "back", then sign out of your Free TurboTax return. You should be able to enter this when you sign back in.
