T4E Form: why is there two spaces to enter amounts for Box 30 and Box 37 on this form?

For Box 30, one is for the Total repayment and the other is any PPIP that may be included in Box 30.

For box 37, the first box is for total EI maternity and parental benefits payments and the second one is for any Tax exempt benefits included in Box 36 or Box 37.

If these don’t apply to you, you don’t need to fill them in.
