Can TurboTax split the CCA based on partnership share just like how it splits rental income and expenses or I have to manually calculate and enter? Thanks.
Seems like I have to enter CCA portion manually as it is not split automatically by the software.

Turbo tax does not split CCA claim. You need to manually calculate portion for reach partner and enter it on each side. Alternatively you may enter full asset cost under one partner.
