TurboTax Desktop Home and Business Cost per return

I've used Home and Business for the last few years.  I got an offer via email.  When I click the link and get to the offers I see the option below.  My concern is the "per return" part.  Will I have to pay $90 per return?  I have to do my kids taxes as well as my home business taxes.  The offer:

Home & Business

Personal and self-employment income

$90 

per return

Maybe you are looking at the US site? Because in Canada, Home & Business is $150 (plus tax) for 12 returns.
