There are no consumer tax software solutions that give you the ability to prepare and file returns for multiple years. TurboTax (and other providers) release year specific software each year.
When you're in arrears, CRA recommends that you prepare the oldest return first and work your way up to the current year. This is handy because with TurboTax, you can transfer your prior year return into the next year to get a head start on the next return.
