Under the Provincial tab > Quebec Prescription Drug Insurance Plan, which translates to Schedule K in the online version of the software.
When clicking the Quebec Prescription Drug Insurance Plan tab, I am able to select the option of "I was covered for a group insurance plan" for part of the year and I can also select the months during which this applied to my situation. However, I know that I owe to pay a premium to the provincial government for the months I wasn't covered by my employer for a private drug plan. The online tool doesn't calculate this at all and I am unable to override the amount. It shouldn't be $0 as the online tool incorrectly calculates it. Can someone please assist? Thank you!
To calculate your premium, complete Schedule K. It should then remove that amount you owe from your provincial return.
Please read through RQ to verify if you need to pay or not-
