Most marketing deductions are going to relate to advertising and promotion.  You may have newspaper ads, pens with your business name, a sign on your business vehicle.  Anything that you paid for to promote your business can be added to the advert and promo line in the T2125.

Be wary of using meals as advertising as you can only claim 50% unless you specifically bill your customer for the meal.
