Where do I find the fiscal period (to and from) and the partnership's fiscal final year for my t5013?

The fiscal period is usually 12 months, so for the fiscal period ending December 31, the start date would normally be January 1st. However, you should contact who ever issued the T5013 to get this information, as it’s possible for the period to be shorter.
