where do i find scedule 3 on turbo tax?

Unfortunately, when using the Online software, the Forms View is not available. You can include your information following the information below.

To reach the capital gains screen:

1. Click on Income  then Investments on the menu on the left side

2. Then click on investments profile, select, "Capital Gains or Losses (shares, properties, etc)" and click continue.

This will bring you to the appropriate section.
