Why do i get an error message that i entered amounts for mandatory and optional inventory adjustments when i did not, and now it won't allow me to file

To remedy this situation, click on “Self-Employment” under the Income tab.

On the “Your Self-employment Profile for 2017” page click “Continue”.

On the “T2042 Farming Summary” page click “Edit” next to your Farm name.

On the “[NAME] T2042 - Farming Business Statement” page, scroll down to the “Expenses” portion and make sure everything is correct in the “Mandatory inventory adjustment included in 2016” and “Optional inventory adjustment included in 2016” boxes. Click “Continue”.

On the second “[NAME] T2042 - Farming Business Statement” page click “Continue”.

On the “Motor Vehicle Expenses Summary” page click “Done With Vehicles”.

On the “Motor Vehicle Expenses Summary” page click “Done”.

On the “[NAME] did you have any inventory adjustments?” make sure everything is correct. Click “Continue” to save any changes you make.
