Why is the program asking me to upgrade the version when i have already purchased the upgraded version they want to purchase again?
If you are using TurboTax Online, you are charged based on what is on your return. For example, if you start in Deluxe, but need to enter a T5 for interest income, then you will need to upgrade to Premier. But if you then try to enter Self-Employment income, you will need to upgrade again, since only the Self-Employed version supports that type of income.
