In the turbo tax online STANDARD software, I originally entered the total med expenses as one item. now I want to enter each recept. How do I do this? Also, my wife had to seek med attention in the USA. I had to pay the first $300 US., which converted to

You can just delete the first receipt and then enter new receipts one by one in the medical expense section.  Yes the amount paid in the US is deductible as long as you have not and will not be getting any reimbursement for it.
