How can I calculate or find my unused RRSP/PRPP contributions for the 2014 return without the notice of assessment of 2013?

By referring to "unused contributions" you are indicating an Amount B. This would be shown on your NOA, and is any amount of contributions that you reported, but did not deduct from income.

You can see this information on-line at My Account for CRA. You can also call CRA to determine this amount.
Failing any of this, set the amount to zero on your return. On Assessment CRA will use your actual Amount B.

Do not lose your Notice of Assessment. It is your most important Tax document, as CRA regards this as proof of your tax account standing..

You can also look into your online account with CRA http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/esrvc-srvce/tx/ndvdls/myccnt/menu-eng.html, or call CRA at 1-800-959-8281, you will ask some security questions about your personal tax account before they can provide you with an answer.
