If you have overcontributed to your RRSP account and need to file a T1-OVP return, you can find the return on the CRA website at www.cra.gc.ca.  Unfortunately, you cannot file this through TurboTax.

I am disappointed that TurboTax Premium does not include such a form as the T1-OVP. Makes no sense in paying for tax software if one must download forms and file separately.

This form cannot be Netfiled or efiled, you will have to mail it to CRA. The CRA website provided in the previous answer has a fillable PDF formate.
