How do I do this? You are 60 years old or older and did not enter Canada Pension Plan or Québec Pension Plan income. Confirm if this is correct.

It's common for people aged 60 or older to have CPP (and QPP, if applicable) income. TurboTax is trying to make sure you didn't omit your CPP income from your return by accident.

When you select the Review button beside the warning, TurboTax will take you to a spot where you can select either:

  • Applies to me: To add your skipped CPP income amounts
  • Ignore: To acknowledge that you don't have CPP income.

Once you take care of this, you'll be able to continue with your return.

Just a reminder: CRA's NETFILE service opens on Monday, February 26th at 6 am EST.
