I am unable to put my unused tuition from last year to this year for transfer in turbotax. How exactly do I do that?

I have been trying for some time to transfer my unused tuition from 2019 to 2020 so it can be claimed, however I am unable to find any sort of prompts or boxes through turbotax to assist me with this. Is this something I need to unlock? Am I missing something on the website?

To enter your unused tuition amounts carried forward from previous years, use the "Find" tool in the top right (magnifying glass) to search for “tuition”. Then select “Tuition Fees Carryforward” from the list and click “Go”. You can then enter both your federal and provincial amounts on the “Your unused tuition and education amount” page.
