Can't transfer son's tuition to me. Says my maximum amount allowed is $0

I've revisited my 'info' page and son is showing as a dependent.  I've reentered his tax info.

In order to transfer your son's tuition credits to you, you will need to first prepare an income tax return for your son and designate the transfer on his income tax return.  You will then be able to claim the tuition transfer on your income tax return.
