Are carry forward tuition fees input in both the federal box AND the provincial box in TurboTax (student in Ontario)?

Yes, the amount of tuition fees maybe different in both the Federal and Provincial tax returns and so needs to be an input for both the returns. Please be advised that federal education and textbook tax credits were eliminated in 2017. Further you need to check if you are eligible to claim a provincial or territorial amount.
