Box 18 from T4A(OAS) automatically populates the Other Income Line. The result is that the income is reported twice on the tax return form. But I can't leave it bank.

Please make sure that you are using the correct T-slip page to enter your amount. Box 18 from the T4A(OAS) should go to Line 11300 - Old age security pension. But Box 018 from the T4A goes to Line 13000 - Other income.

I am finding that the program for 2024 is double-reporting the supplement portion of the OAS.  For example, total OAS received is $18,000 and the supplement portion of the $18K is $10,000.  The program is showing $28,000 as total income on line 150, which is completely incorrect.  Is this glitch going to be fixed?

Line 130 is never to be used in this case.  I suspect the original poster was using an earlier version of the program which was not working properly or using the improper lines on the T1 Return.

All boxes from the T4OAS go to pre-determined lines with TurboTax.  I am using the correct slip AND I am entering them on the correct lines.  The problem arises AFTER the amounts are entered as TurboTax double reports the amount in box 21.  The amount that should end up on line 11300 is the net between the total 2,354.01 and the supplement of 1,075.29, which is how it worked in prior years, but it doesn't do this for 2024.  TurboTax reports 2,354.01 on line 11300 and 1,075.29 on line 14600, which ends up reporting the amount in Box 21 (the supplement) twice.  The program is doing this incorrectly and needs to be fixed.
