Canada Workers Benefit - Error

I am using Turbotax online and trying to file my tax returns for the first time.  I was 17 years old when I earned the income. I only made $2000.  I keep getting an error that says I have claimed CWB, "You are claiming Canada Workers Benefit (CWB). However, your situation makes you ineligible for CWB. You need to review this claim."

If I go back and review my returns, I don't see anywhere I claimed it.  The other option is click Ignore. I assume this is also problematic.  It sounds like even after a few years, you still haven't fixed this problem.

@ashleylesser When you get the message about the CWB and click on "applies to me", it should bring you to a place where you can choose whether or not you want to claim it. If it's not, please contact our phone support team for more assistance.
