I am trying to transfer some of my tuition claim to my parent. From previous experience I know I need to fill out a Schedule 11 form. How can I do this on Turbo tax?

If you are using TurboTax Online or in the EasyStep view of TurboTax installed on your computer, you will not actually fill out the Federal and Provincial Schedule 11s. You simply need to specify in the Student Profile that you are transferring these amounts to a parent and TurboTax will report that on the necessary forms.

When you print out the PDF copy of your return, you will have copies of the Schedule 11s which you or your parent should keep available if CRA requests to see them. Also, be sure you complete and sign your T2202 transfer form and submit that to your parent.
