The Working Income Tax Benefit (WITB) is now the Canada Workers Benefit (CWB). As to why you are not getting the CWB, you can check out eligibility for the credit here on the CRA's website: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/child-family-benefits/witb-eligibility.html

Why are your CPP contributions not showing? Well, you may want to double check your T4 slip and make sure everything is entered correctly. You can use the Find tool (magnifying glass) to search for "t4", select it from the list, and click "Go" to get back to the T4 section.
