If the incorrect entry is on the T4 itself, you'll need to contact the slip issuer to have it corrected. If you're a CRA My Account holder, check your account to see if an amended T4 has already been issued.

If the T4 slip is correct but the entries aren't appearing correctly in TurboTax, return to the T4 section of your return and ensure the proper information is in the proper boxes. Use the Find button to search/select the option for T4 to easily return to that section.
