Why is the return auto generating a social assistance amount when I did not receive social assistance last year only the old age supplement

I did not receive social assistance but turbo tax automatically put in an amount that doesn't match the t5007 and is much higher??

The income in Box 11 on a T5007 form is social assistance. 

Your Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS) would be included on your T4A(OAS) slip on Box 21. It likely would not match what you got on your T5007.
