Should we do a separate declaration for our daughter which turned 18th in February 2019 and can we deduct her school charges in our declarations?

During school months she lives in a separate city. She has the following documents: T4 with box 14 of 1837$, T4A with box 105 of 500$, T5 with box 13 of 79$, she also had money from the Québec government to help pay her school (approx 8000$ given and 2000$ in loan) and we took-out 5000$ of RESP in fall 2018.

Yes, it would be a wise choice to prepare a separate return for her so she can claim all the deductions and credits that she is entitled to claim.

Your daughter will claim her tuition fees on her own return and then once her tax payable is reduced to zero, they can transfer leftover amounts (up to $5000) to a spouse, parent, or grandparent.
