My federal return was rejected saying there was a problem with an XML doc that represents a binary attachment and must have a valid reference to an attached file. I did not upload any docs or PDFs. Put in all data manually. Have no attachments to delete.
Message says the problem is due to a processing error that will be corrected on Feb 6, 2019 which was a year ago! How do I fix this?
Also, program made me re enter activation code as well when I reopened the program.
