Currently they are available Monday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM ET. But after NETFILE opens on February 19th, they will be open 7 days a week, 9 AM to midnight ET.
Moderator of this thread was useless and could not help with the issue. Most likely a bot.
Only after I called the actual support they were able to provide the installation key. (The installation key that should have been provided with the purchase)
