    2020 Update

    I paid for my TT upgrade in Nov, 2019 and have not received a CD nor can I figure out how to download my 2020 version of Turbotax.

    After you've purchased a downloadable product through TurboTax.com, you can download it whenever you like up to three years after purchase. See the following link for instructions.
