I installed the 2021 Turbo Tax Standard edition after I purchased it in February 2022 at a Shoppers Drug Mart. I installed and have filed from computer for my in-laws already. Now the computer is asking me to re-enter the license code. I can't find it, but it says on the website that it should be on the CD sleeve and it isn't I have my purchase receipt, the CD, the sleeve and the box, but can't find that code anywhere. I have used this product since the days of QuickTax, and have never had an issue like this come up. Is there some way to verify that I already installed this product and registered it? This is very frustrating. I have no clue where my code went if it wasn't on the sleeve, but I am trying to finish off returns I already started and it will not open now. Help???
