2022 Desktop version bought, and want to use to file for 2023

I bought the 2022 Desktop version last year to file because I have a freelance job and my husband as well, so it was worth it. It included like 15 or so returns in the same purchase, which is great because I could use for the next years (since I still have the freelance job).

Now when I tried to enter the desktop app to file for this year (2023), it doesn't have that option. And when I login to the online one, it doesn't recognize that I have those returns that I haven't used yet from my previous purchase (so it will charge me $60 to file due to my earnings as a freelancer).

I want a solution since I paid for all those returns and only used 2 in 2022.

The software is meant only for one year and the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) always allows 20 returns to be done. You only get charged for what you use. Every year the software is different as tax rules/regulations and available credits change continuously according to the CRA. Please follow our link to get your 2023 TurboTax Online software. Select all that apply to be guided to the best package for your needs.

Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
