This appears to be an error with the turbo tax program on form MB479. The amount on line 74 is not carrying down to line 76 even if nothing or zero is entered in line 75. As a result it is showing zero for Manitoba tax credits when there really should be an amount. As a result the credit is not being carried forward to the tax return.
The program needs to be corrected - could result in many people not receiving the credit they are entitled to.
