Access from Australia or elsewhere?

Hi All

I have been unable to create an account with TurboTax Canada while I am in Australia. Any suggestions please? The sign up page says 'denied access' on attempted sign-in. I'm using my Canadian number for the OTP.

Please clear your browser cache (or use a different browser) and try again. You can also try our mobile app which is available for Android & iOS.

Please note that you need a Canadian or US Credit card to pay for TurboTax Online. Or you can use the mobile app and pay using Google Pay/Apple Pay.

Same problem from France. I have tried these solutions but none of them is working : I still get the "Access denied".

@otour, do you still have your Canadian phone number linked to your Intuit (TurboTax) account?

No I don't have a Canadian number anymore so I can't create an account...
