Activation Code is not letting me log back in

i logged in - entered my code -- tried to turn the brightness up on my screen -- and the screen refreshed.

now when i try to log back in it says my code is not valid.

need my code t work again

If you are using TurboTax Online, you can only use the code once in one account. Using the code again will give an error message.
