I purchased Premier On Line Addition from Costco. I tried to activate as per instructions but it does not accept the Activation Code. I tried many times but it always shows "Something's not right". What can I do?
Please make sure that you are using the code that came in the package. It may be on a slip of paper or on a scratch-off card. It is not on the outside of the box or on your receipt.
