Additional Residency Amount

Zone A - Additional residency amount shows zero without any possibility to change it. Yes, I selected "I live in a remote area and qualify for the northern residents deduction" checkbox. When I include 365 into the "Number of days that qualify for the additional residency amount" box, I get the error saying "Please enter number of days between 0 and 0."

Yes, I talked to the product specialist on the phone, and they were unable to help.
