Trying to up-grade from basic to standard. System will not recognize my address. Telephone assistance not responding with a human. Tried all recommended solutions. Nothing works
Please try the telephone assistance again and when asked if you wish to receive an email answer NO to speak to a live person. They will be able to view your screen and help you.
