Hello,
I am using TurboTax 20 for desktop on Windows 10.
When I logged in this morning, there was an update available so I downloaded etc. and logged in again.
I was starting a new return and found after hitting the " continue " button, the spinner went around and around and around for several seconds and then it took several more seconds to going to next screen.
Before this morning's update, this was not happening.
Checking if this has been/is happening with any other users and if they were able to resolve ?

Please clear your cache "for all times", sign out of your return and restart your computer. You may need to use a different browser which has helped other clients in the past.
